The Friends of Madagascar Mission Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, November 20th, 2025. This the last of three regularly scheduled board meetings per year.
- The first meeting, our annual meeting, is held each February.
- The second meeting is held each June. At this meeting the board reviews all of Friends of Madagascar Mission’s programs and projects.
- The third meeting, our budget meeting, is held each November.
Our board meetings are held via ZOOM. In June, we like to meet in person, if at all possible, in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, where our Friends of Madagascar Mission office is located. This in-person meeting gives us the chance to meet face-to-face and get to know each other better.
In between board meetings we hold committee meetings via ZOOM to deal with various issues. These committees report their progress to the board at the next meeting. It is a good working system for our non-profit.
