We are privileged to have wonderful volunteer staff persons with FOMM. For nearly 10 years Pastor Lerseth did all of the work for FOMM with a small board of directors and a treasurer who handled all of the financial matters. Currently, we have five volunteer staff persons and are praying for two more US-based volunteers to join our staff.
We are seeking an Associate Executive Director.
- The ministry description is for someone with good management skills, abilities to communicate, and provide written materials.
- This person will “walk alongside” Pastor Lerseth to learn about every facet of FOMM’s work. This person could eventually become the executive director if the calling is a good fit.
Also, we are seeking a Director of Development.
- The ministry description is for someone with good knowledge about working with donors, thanking donors, seeking new donors, along with creating and supporting programs to raise funding for FOMM’s mission.
- We have a wonderful Development Plan that is being developed but a person to assume this task would be a wonderful addition to our staff.
