Friends of Madagascar Mission is planning a Mission Education Trip in late June and early July, for 15 days from departure to arrival back home. In the between time in Madagascar we will be celebrating many mission ministries and projects that FOMM is involved in supporting.
We will be spending a considerable amount of time in a city called Betroka. It is remote and not many outsiders visit this region, but it is the epicenter of many evangelism and development programs for FOMM. For example: They have the largest number of evangelists, they have a wonderful water system with newly dug wells and a water tower to distribute flowing, clean water to 5 church institutions and provide water for people in the neighborhood as well.
A medical clinic is currently under construction in Betroka, providing medical care for a large area of population where no medical services are provided. The Betroka Synod will be holding services of celebration and thanks while we are there. We will also invite about 75 additional people who are involved in FOMM’s supporting ministries for an Evangelism Summit, to celebrate what God is doing!
