As we enter the new year of 2024, the Friends of Madagascar Mission Board of Directors has increased this year’s budget based on the 2023 giving pattern. The increases will provide for more evangelists, add one more synod where Friends of Madagascar Mission supports evangelists in the Faradofay Synod; an increase in support of the 3 Bible Schools we support and expand the Nofy i Androy Program at the Dr. John Dyrnes School in Bezaha, Madagascar. In addition, Friends of Madagascar Mission has a non budget program that supports many humanitarian projects: building new health clinics for the Malagasy Lutheran Church’s health care organization called SALFA, drilling more water wells, expanding funding for feeding the hungry, and agricultural education to teach better farming techniques, and prison ministry and prison humanitarian projects.
